In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org detailing your wish to cancel the order, your order number, and your name and address- or write to Red Print & Embroidery Services, Greenhill Mills, Florence Street, Bradford, BD3 8EX. You must return any goods you have received to us at the above address as soon as possible, following the instructions on your invoice. The cost of the item(s) purchased and the cost of sending your order to you will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation. You will however need to pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us as per our returns policy detailed below.
All blazers are individually personalised.
At busy periods orders can take upto 28 days to complete. We will always endevour to dispatch orders within 10 working days, but we cannot guarantee this time period, as certain badges can take many hours to complete.

PLEASE NOTE: Personalised items can not be returned unless found faulty due to the manufacturing process.
If you are unhappy with any products purchased from Red Print & Embroidery you can return them to us at our registered address in their original condition, unworn, with all labels attached within 28 days. We will then issue a refund for the full amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs which are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or incorrect goods, or of goods returned within 7 working days from the day after you received the goods).
Please repack the items in their original packaging and send them to us at your cost following the instructions printed on the invoice. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as Red Print & Embroidery cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of goods. This returns policy does not effect you statutory rights.
In the case of goods thought to be faulty we will either repair, replace, re-proof, or credit at our discretion when a product is found to be imperfect.
Please note that we handle returns as soon as they arrive, but this process can take up to 15 working days during very busy periods.
